Mishael Ondieki

Founding Team Member

Mishael Ondieki is an author and businessman and digital ADA Compliance expert. He is the founder of Kuiville, a company dedicated to ADA Compliance.

In 2021, Mishael did a class for the State Bar of Nevada, which the state bar regulates attorneys in Nevada and provides education and development programs for the legal profession and the public. His class was added to the Continuing Legal Classes for all the attorneys in the State of Nevada. This class was adopted to be taken as one of the annual continuing education classes for lawyers to keep their licenses.

He was later hired by the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, which offered the same class for continuing legal education for attorneys in 35 states in the US. Attorneys in the 35 States take Mishael’s class as one of the classes required annually for attorneys to maintain their license.

Mishael leads a team that specializes in making websites ADA compliant. His passion for ADA Compliance stems from his 12-year stint as a Special Education teacher where he utilized assistive technology to meet the needs of students with disabilities.

He has spoken at various events in California and Arizona on Website ADA Compliance and real estate. Mr. Ondieki has also helped many foreign diplomatic offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California, embrace Website ADA Compliance, including Vietnam, Kenya, Ethiopia and Egypt.

Mr. Ondieki is a public speaker and has spoken at many real estate Associations and the Chamber of Commerce in California and Arizona since 2009. As a published author, Mr. Ondieki has been featured on California’s largest TV station (KCAL-9).

His career started as a newspaper business reporter, before he joined the education sector, where he taught students with disabilities. Besides his software company, Mr. Ondieki is also a real estate investor. He is also involved in international trade.

Tracy Tanner

Early on Ms. Tanner accepted roles that no others would and approached everything in a positive, professional manner. Ultimately in the technology industry, thiscontinued with a, “Let’s Just Do It” mantra, which led colleagues to nickname herNike.“This spirit has brought me opportunities outside any assigned role which has expanded my knowledge, perspective, and mindset”, says Tracy.

With a desire to create positive, collaborative environments equal to achieving revenue growth, this is accomplished by driving strategic partnerships, streamlining operational efficiencies, and ensuring positive human impact.

Overall,Ms. Tanner’s experience has been with four (4) Fortune 100 companies, an art non-profit, a top private retailer, and most recently, an entrepreneur in the education space. With of goal to have practical knowledge in many facets of the Technology supply chain, roles at companies in retail, software publishing, licensing, and distribution provide a solid foundation of understanding.

Yvette Cabrera

Accessibility Advocate and Trainer

Yvette Cabrera is a dynamic individual who is driven by her passion for serving, educating, and teaching others as her work has demonstrated. She is a Wellness Coach who advocates the importance of emotional/mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in the way we live our daily lives. Uplifting the lives of her clients who are making changes within their own lives, reminds her of the importance of resilience.

Inclusively, Ms. Cabrera is an Accessibility and Disability Advocate emphasizing the importance of web accessibility and accommodations, while providing valuable tools and resources for all. She’s published her first book entitled, Living Proof: Defined by the Ability. Not the Disability, in 2017 which led her to further embark on a journey of discovering her passion for Disability Advocacy as well as continuing her education by receiving her M.A. in Counseling in 2022.

She is dedicated to enriching the lives of those curious to learn more about Accessibility and Disability Advocacy and the importance of the laws and regulations concerning web accessibility, accommodations, and access for all. As she specializes in Disability Inclusivity to provide a sense of belonging for all through the education and integration of web accessibility.

Her personal and professional experiences as one with a visual impairment have only empowered her to share more on overcoming the ongoing stigmas, misunderstandings, and misinformation surrounding disability. The barriers presented today have encouraged her to share the importance of web accessibility, the implementation of the ADA in tech, WCAG, and Section 508 federal regulation.

I consider myself a scholar practitioner passionate about the complexity of workforce development and organizational change. I use research based methods to design, develop, and implement equitable cultural changes in the workplace.
